United States, Minnesota, Koochiching, Koochiching State Forest. Approximately 8.64 miles southwest of Littlefork, MN and 0.03 miles southwest off the Wisner Trail (FR 239) onto the abandoned Burlington Northern railroad corridor.

Along edge of abandoned RR grade (Snomo Trail) & peatland ecotone with Larix laricina, Alnus incana, Equisetum fluviatile, Bromus ciliatus, Juncus tenuis, Scirpus pendulus, Carex vulpinoidea, etc. Locally scattered along this portion of grade.
