Habitat: Extensive inter-drumlin wetland complex on rolling drumlin plain ... Patterned rich sedge fen along water track ... along wildlife (deer) trail in flark dominated by Carex lasiocarpa. Deep, saturated, spongy peat. Full sun. Additional associates include Carex livida, C. limosa, C. buxbaumii, Eleocharis compressa, Bromus ciliatus, Muhlenbergia glomerata, Agrostis scabra, Lobelia kalmii, Pedicularis lanceolata, Aster borealis, Utricularia intermedia, U. minor, Liparis loeselii, Campanula aparinoides, Triglochin maritima, Thelypteris palustris, Equisetum fluviatile.
