Scrub-shrub zone of floodplain of a medium sized stream. Site area generally undisturbed. Adjacent upland to west is DNR WMA. Road crossing / bridge downstream from site. Floodplain not a floating mat. Associated species: Salix discolor, Salix petiolaris and Alnus incana.
