Habitat: Local on the shore of a shallow 3-acre pond. Small and sparse patch in moist mucky substrate in zone exposed by receding water levels (recent drought). Full sun.
Associated Species: Associated species include Leersia oryzoides, Eleocharis ovata, Dulichium arundinaceum, Bidens cernua, Polygonum amphibium.
