Along the north shore of Divide Lake, near the Forest Service campground. SW1/4 of NW1/4 Sec. 8, Superior National Forest

Habitat: Locally common in shallow water. Substrate is rocky sand. Growing in water up to ~2 feet deep. Inflorescences (flowering stems) held erect, the upper 1-3 inches emergent.
Associated Species: Associated species include Lobelia dortmanna, Isoetes echinospora, I. lacustris.
