Recently survived upper reaches of flood waters on oxbow of Little Fork River. Film of silt still on leaves. At edge of canopy opened by recent logging.
Growing with Matteuccia struthiopteris, Laportea canadensis, Elymus virginicus, E. canadensis, Cystopteris bulbifera, Rubus pubescens, and Thalictrum dasycarpum.
