Habitat: Growing on and about rocks.
Description: The leaves and stems are bronzed or reddish, the flowers deep yellow. The pedicels are shorter than the flower, about the length of the calyx and stout when kept under pressure and dried.
Notes: Not uncommon in the surrounding hills.
