Habitat: one of the only remaining patches of prairie left on a mostly degraded beach ridge ; dry sand prairie
Associated Species: Rosa arkansana, Solidago nemoralis, Ambrosia psilostachya, Hesperostipa spartea
Notes: It appears that his area was mostly denuded of vegetation in the past, but is recovering with dry prairie from the propagule bank
