Locality: United States, Minnesota, Red Lake, Located 7 miles south and 3 miles east of Red Lake Falls, MN. Plants on a degraded beach ridge.

Elevation: 327 meters (1073ft)
Habitat: Growing in severely degraded dry prairie. The surface soil of this area appears to have been removed in the past. A few dry prairie plants are recolonizing from the propagule bank but that rea is dominated by exotic spp. Voucher growing with Schizachyrium scoparium, Poa pretense, Symphyotrichum ericoides, and Trifolium campestre.
