Habitat: Terrace forest on shallow bend near big fork river. Black ash dominated with occasional wet pools. Bur oak, elm, basswood, and balsam fir regenerating in understory. Occasional cut cedar stump.
Associated Species: Common associates: Laportea canadensis, Uvularia grandiflora, Athyrium angustum, Carex assiniboinensis, Mitella nuda, Osmorhiza claytonii, Asarum canadense, and Arisaema triphyllum.
