Habitat: Rolling topography with oak/hickory/basswood canopy. Subcanopy dominated by Ostrya. On top of the start of a fine clay drainage draw leading into a highly eroded wet ditch.
Associated Species: Common associates: Hydrophyllum virginianum, Carex blanda, Carex grisea, and Circaea lutetiana.
