Description: Pileus convex, bell-ish shaped with semi-pointed top/umbo; color white, yellowing; surface smooth; flesh white, concolor with pileus; consistency firm; surface slimy; odor and taste non-distinct; KOH on pileal surface negative; Lamellea free, easily peeled from pileus; color white, becoming pinkish; vertical length 10-14 mm; crowded, pattern regular; lamellulae present. Stipe white, yellowish tinges present; 60-140 mm, 10 - 15 mm above, 20 mm at base; color yellowing; Volva present, white; flesh white; surface smooth, dry; somewhat striate, stuffed; spore deposit orange brown or rusty brown;
