Description: Pileus flabelliform, 15-35 mm, orangish yellow; surface smooth, hairy near margin; margin lightly inrolled; flesh color light yellow, fading more yellowish, 1-2 mm thick; odor foul, taste foul; Lamellae yellowish - orange, 1-2 mm vertcal length; with close spacing; Stipe absent; spore deposit pinkish brown;
