Description: Pileus creamy tan, dry dull; infundibuliform; Flesh white, brittle, 72-87mm diameter; Gills dull white, thick, close; Stipe central, short, thick; 15-20 mm long x 14-19 mm wide; cream colored; Spore print orange-white (Methuen 5A2); Photos GEN 19082 a, b.
