Description: tree, to 15.45 m in height, DBH 7.7 cm, trunk height to foliage 10.7 m, crown height 4.75 m, crown width 2.13 m; foliage 2 kg mature wet mass; outer bark with lenticels; bark brown; cambium light brown; wood yellow, white; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: mondu, wega wega Local use: Timber for fence construction and for posts, frame, flooring, and walls in house construction; firewood; wood for making dundu drums
