small tree, to 5.35 m in height, DBH 6.9 cm, trunk height to foliage 3.55 m, crown height 1.8 m, crown width 2.7 m; foliage 1 kg mature wet mass, 0.45 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark with lenticels; fissures horizontal, broad; bark white, cream; cambium brown, light brown, yellow; wood light brown, orange, white, cream; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: wakawaka, korogumnajo Local use: Timber for fence construction and for flooring and walls in house construction; firewood
