Description: tree, to 13.84 m in height, DBH 9.7 cm, trunk height to foliage 5.87 m, crown height 7.97 m, crown width 5.75 m, buttresses up to 0.9 m; foliage 3.8 kg mature wet mass, 0.781 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark smooth, with lenticels; bark brown; cambium brown; wood black, light brown; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, wood sample preserved, from felled plot. Local name: guli guli Local use: timber for house construction, used for construction of small huts
