tree, to 18.18 m in height, DBH 12.6 cm, trunk height to foliage 7.59 m, crown height 10.59 m, crown width 4.7 m, buttresses up to 0.3 m; foliage 3.6 kg mature wet mass, 0.1153 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark with lenticels; fissures broad; bark brown, light brown; cambium brown; wood light brown, white; exudate red; DNA preserved in silica, wood sample preserved, from felled plot. Local name: kui kapangusing Local use: timber for house construction, used for construction of small huts
