tree, to 15.15 m in height, DBH 14.5 cm, trunk height to foliage 4.9 m, crown height 10.25 m, crown width 5.55 m, buttresses up to 0.2 m; foliage 6.6 kg mature wet mass, 0.3891 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark with lenticels; fissures vertical; bark dark brown, brown, white, green; cambium brown; wood light brown, white; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, wood sample preserved, from felled plot. Local name: makal gubung Local use: timber for house construction, leaves used for wrapping smoked leaves, used for construction of small huts and tables
