Description: tree, to 14.28 m in height, DBH 11.5 cm, trunk height to foliage 1.38 m, crown height 12.9 m, crown width 10.1 m; foliage 10.1 kg mature wet mass, 0.2712 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark flaky, with lenticels; fissures vertical; bark dark brown, brown, white; cambium brown; wood brown, light brown; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: makal gubung Local use: timber for house construction, leaves used for wrapping smoked leaves, used for construction of small huts and tables
