tree, to 10.97 m in height, DBH 7 cm, trunk height to foliage 3.68 m, crown height 7.29 m, crown width 4.11 m, stilt roots up to 0.22 m; foliage 0.5714 kg mature wet mass, 0 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark smooth, with lenticels; fissures broad; bark black, dark brown, grey; cambium light brown, green; wood brown, light brown; exudate red; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: kui kapangusing Local use: timber for house construction, used for construction of small huts
