tree, to 14.5 m in height, DBH 12.4 cm, trunk height to foliage 10.8 m, crown height 3.7 m, crown width 5.8 m, buttresses up to 0.3 m; foliage 7 kg mature wet mass, 0.071 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark with lenticels; fissures vertical; bark brown, light brown, white; cambium brown; wood light brown, white; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, wood sample preserved, from felled plot. Local name: kumad yangam Local use: timber for house construction, best timber for furniture construction, nuts gathered for food
