tree, to 12.44 m in height, DBH 8.2 cm, trunk height to foliage 9.33 m, crown height 3.11 m, crown width 2.48 m; foliage 1.8 kg mature wet mass, 0.241 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark with lenticels; fissures vertical, broad; bark brown, light brown; cambium brown; wood light brown, white; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, wood sample preserved, from felled plot. Local name: gulerum Local use: used for roofing in huts, leaves used for wrapping, timber for house construction, used for construction of canoes
