small tree, to 10.6 m in height, DBH 10.7 cm, trunk height to foliage 5 m, crown height 5.6 m, crown width 3.5 m; foliage 3 kg mature wet mass, 0.12 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark smooth, with lenticels; fissures vertical, narrow; bark brown; cambium light brown, yellow, white; wood brown, light brown, white; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: koyo Local use: timber for house and fencing construction
