small tree, to 15.2 m in height, DBH 9.3 cm, trunk height to foliage 6.5 m, crown height 8.7 m, crown width 5 m, stilt roots up to 0.5 m; foliage 5.5 kg mature wet mass; outer bark rough, with lenticels; fissures vertical, narrow; bark dark brown, brown; cambium brown; wood light brown, white; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: giring Local use: timber for house construction
