small tree, to 10.2 m in height, DBH 6 cm, trunk height to foliage 6.7 m, crown height 3.5 m, crown width 3 m; foliage 1 kg mature wet mass, 0.157 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark smooth, with lenticels; fissures horizontal, broad; bark light brown, white, grey; cambium brown; wood dark brown, brown, red; exudate white, cream; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: sobon Local use: timber for house, shed, and fencing construction
