small tree, to 14.45 m in height, DBH 11.3 cm, trunk height to foliage 4.6 m, crown height 9.85 m, crown width 3.4 m; foliage 3 kg mature wet mass; outer bark with lenticels; fissures vertical, narrow; bark brown; cambium white; wood white; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: kotokat Local use: young leaves cooked as greens; stems for housing and fence construction; firewood
