small tree, to 10.15 m in height, DBH 7.6 cm, trunk height to foliage 5.15 m, crown height 5 m, crown width 2.3 m, stilt roots up to 0.3 m; foliage 6 kg mature wet mass; outer bark flaky; fissures vertical, narrow; bark white; cambium pink; wood white; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: kec; nim; kanombingbing Local use: timber for house post and framing; axe and spade handles
