small tree, to 10.3 m in height, DBH 7 cm, trunk height to foliage 5.1 m, crown height 5.2 m, crown width 3.2 m; foliage 2 kg mature wet mass, 0.78 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark rough, with lenticels; fissures vertical, narrow; bark brown, light brown; cambium light brown; wood brown, light brown; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: sidop Local use: timber provides posts for houses and fences
