pandanus, to 6.32 m in height, DBH 7.3 cm, trunk height to foliage 1.32 m, crown height 5 m, crown width 5 m; foliage 6.5 kg mature wet mass; outer bark smooth, with lenticels; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: jigan Local use: split stems used for flooring and fireplaces; leaves used for thatched roofing and weaving mats and string bags
