Description: tree, to 16.2 m in height, DBH 18.7 cm, trunk height to foliage 6.2 m, crown height 10 m, crown width 7.72 m, buttresses up to 0.67 m; foliage 23 kg mature wet mass, 0.375 kg juvenile wet mass; fissures vertical, narrow; bark white; cambium light brown; wood white; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: Udan Local use: Firewood and wood shed; Fruit bait for birds; bark is used to manipulate hair and to make dread locks.
