to 14.4 m in height, DBH 16 cm, trunk height to foliage 7.7 m, crown height 6.7 m, crown width 4.6 m; foliage 8 kg mature wet mass, 0.25 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark with lenticels; fissures vertical, narrow; bark brown; cambium light brown; wood white; exudate absent; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: Udan Local use: Firewood and wood shed; Fruit bait for birds; bark is used to manipulate hair and to make dread locks.
