Description: tree, to 9.69 m in height, DBH 5.9 cm, trunk height to foliage 5.69 m, crown height 4 m, crown width 2.8 m; foliage 1.5 kg mature wet mass, 0.0281 kg juvenile wet mass; outer bark with lenticels; fissures vertical, horizontal, narrow; bark brown; cambium brown; wood white; exudate white; DNA preserved in silica, from felled plot. Local name: sumsum Local use: latex used as glue to attach dried aninmal skins to drums, for tuning drums, and on arrows; timber for fence construction and firewood
