Habitat: Occasional to locally common in the southwestern half of the narrow, bedrock-entrenched basin that encompasses Cuckoo Lake. Forming loose patches in broad mud flats, especially in wetter zones near an open water channel that cuts through the mud flats. Deep, wet, quaking muck; often in shallow water. Full sun.
Associated Species: Associates include Rhynchospora alba, Juncus brevicaudatus, Utricularia intermedia, Drosera intermedia, Nuphar microphylla.
