Habitat: Local in shallow water at the eastern tip of Echo Lake. Frequent in the narrow flowage which enters the lake from the east. Plants entirely submersed in water less than 3 feet deep. No floating leaves observed here. Full sun.
Associated Species: Associates include Hippuris vulgaris, Sparganium fluctuans.
