Elevation: 396 meters Verbatim Elevation: 1300ft

Habitat: Level to very gently-rolling sandy terrain on a broad upland island in an extensive peatland complex. Infrequent in a grassy strip between the grass runway and the adjacent Airport State Forest Road (near the northwest end of the runway clearing). Full sun to partial shade of young Pinus banksiana. In zone dominated by Andropogon gerardii.

Associated Taxa: Additional associates include Cladina spp. lichens, Antennaria neglecta, Botrychium simplex, B. multifidum, Lithospermum canescens, Apocynum androsaemifolium, Vicia americana, Amelanchier sp.
