Habitat: Local, occasional to frequent in a small (~5-acre) basin southwest of Globe Lake. Loose to dense patches in sedge fen. Quaky saturated peat; sometimes in shallow water. Often in carpets of Sphagnum mosses. Full sun.
Associated Species: Associates include Rhynchospora alba, R. fusca, Carex echinata, C. michauxiana, C. lasiocarpa, C. utriculata, Dulichium arundinaceum, Muhlenbergia uniflora, Viola pallens, Drosera intermedia, D. rotundifolia, Utricularia cornuta, U. intermedia, Myrica gale.
