Habitat: Local in a beaver pond along a small drainage west of Prop Lake. Common on the margins of the pond, on broad mud flats exposed by receding water levels (extended drought). Plants sprawling over moist to rather dry and cracked mucky clay; also submerged in the pond. Full sun.
Associated Species: Associates include Eleocharis ovata, Torreyochloa pallida, Dulichium arundinaceum, Bidens connata, Sparganium emersum.
