Elevation: 572 meters
Verbatim Elevation: 1875ft
Habitat: Infrequent in shallow water in the west end of Meeds Lake, near the portage to Swallow Lake. Water depth is ~2-4 feet. Substrate is boulders with pockets of silty-organics. Small dense patch of many hundreds of stems here. Plants entirely submerged except for the inflorescences which are slightly emergent and held more or less erect. Full sun.
Associated Species: Associates include Sparganium fluctuans, Equisetum fluviatile. Several additional small patches encountered elsewhere in the lake.
