Habitat: Occasional to common along a gravel road (spur off #313) which was constructed (through mixed mesic forest) in the ~mid 1990's. Loose to dense patches along the right-of-way, mostly in gravelly soil. Mostly in full sun.
Associated Species: Associates include Trifolium pratense, Chrysanthemum leucanthemum, Aster macrophyllus, Anaphalis margaritacea, Euphrasia nemorosa, Achillea millefolium, Hieracium sp., Agrostis alba, Danthonia spicata.
