Habitat: Occasional in shallow water near the portage at the eastern end of Morgan Lake. Small loose groups of plants in water 3-5 feet deep. Very fine sand substrate with scattered rocks and small pockets of surficial detritus.
Associated Species: Associates include Eleocharis palustris, Lobelia dortmanna, Eriocaulon aquaticum, Ranunculus flammula, Juncus pelocarpus.
