Verbatim Elevation: 1640ft
Habitat: Fairly large and dense patch near the eastern end of Bower Trout Lake, near the southern shoreline in water ~18-36 inches deep. Plants mostly submerged, upper stem and inflorescences often floating to slightly emergent. Silty organic (soft) bottom.
Associated Species: Associates include Vallisneria americana, Sparganium fluctuans, Juncus pelocarpus. This lake has an unusually dense aquatic macrophyte community for the eastern Border Lakes region.
