Locality: United States, Minnesota, St. Louis, Access from the east on Arrowhead State Trail as it connects to Elephant Lake Rd. (CR-180). Population located on southbound spur trail (SFR-708B) of the Arrowhead State Trail. Orr is the nearest town 13 km to the southwest.

Elevation: 403 meters (1322ft)
Habitat: Occurring along rutted access trail. Substrate is gray sandy clay with silt. Overall slope trends NE at about 4%. Associates are Scirpus atrovirens, Juncus tenuis, Lycopus uniflorus, Trifolium pratense, Agrostis gigantea, Persicaria punctata, and Caltha natans in rutted pools. Partial shade cast by trailside Populus tremuloides, Acer rubrum, and Alnus incana.
