Habitat: Growing at the edge of Pearl Lake on its northern shore. Greater native plant community is a graminoid poor fen. Full sun. Species associates include Carex lasiocarpa, Carex canescens, Thelypteris palustris, Calamagrostis canadensis, Iris versicolor, Comarum palustre, and Triadenum fraseri.
