Habitat: Plants observed growing in band around vernal wetland within mesic hardwood forest dominated by sugar maple, oak, ash and elm.
Associated Species: Associates include: Carex lupulina, Carex tuckermanii, Leersia virginica, Pilea pumila, Penthorum sedoides.
