Habitat: Mixture of wet prairie, rich fen, and wet meadow. Species from all three are present. Wet meadow seems the most appropriate. Subtle beach ridge to the east with Populus tremuloides. Water just above peat level - some small hummocks and hollows. Neutral pH.
Associated Species: Common Associates: Muhlenbergia glomerata, Schoenoplectus pungens, Carex pellita, and Juncus arcticus var. balticus.
