Habitat: Narrow stretch of poor fen surrounding small body of open water dominated by Chamaedaphne calyculata and Carex oligosperma. On low to medium hummocks of Sphagnum. Water at peat level.
Associated Species: Other associates include Scheuchzeria palustris, Eriophorum vaginatum, Kalmia polifolia, Andromeda polifolia, Vaccinium oxycoccos.
