Locality: United States, Minnesota, Beltrami, 168 meters northeast of Lower Red Lake shoreline; 0.5 miles southeast of Reservation Rd. 18; 3 miles northwest of Ponemah.

Habitat: Several canopy trees growing in localized microhabitat on southeast shoreline of Ponemah Point. Most trees are approx. 20cm DBH. Unusual, outlier community here. Fraxinus nigra and Tilia americana also occasional in the canopy.
Associated Species: Other associates include dense Laportea canadensis with Ribes cynosbati, Elymus hystrix, Matteuccia struthiopteris, Hydrophyllum virginiana common.
