Habitat: Occasional in very wet margin of western water track. Upper slope (southwestern side) of featureless water track. Water ~1/2 ft above surface of peat. Hummocks minimal. Some thatch. Bouncy mat.
Associated Species: Associates include Carex lasiocarpa, Rhynchospora alba, Carex limosa, Carex livida, Andromeda polifolia, Menyanthes trifoliata, Sarracenia purpurea.
