Habitat:
Found in Gilchrist Lake (ID 61007200), a 335 acre eutrophic basin situated in the Minnesota River Prairie Subsection. Windy conditions limited search area to the nearshore zone around the public water access. Uprooted and drifted into shore. No rooted individuals observed.
Associated Species:
Rooted species observed at this site included Potamogeton richardsonii, P. zosteriformis, Ceratophyllum demersum, Heteranthera dubia, Myriophyllum spicatum.
